On my way...

Well I finally broke down and told my husband my plans of having the surgery.  I had printed out tons of material for him, some profile stories and basically anything so that I could answer any questions he had about it and he said "ok."  I was like "Ok, really?" He said I know how much you want this and I will support you.  PHEWWWWW!   Boy is that a big weight off my shoulders!  So...on to the consult at Barix on Thursday.  I cannot wait!   Anyone who dealt with Barix and/or Dr. Poplowski have any pointers?  I have a good friend that had hers done by him there last August and she had NOTHING negative to say about either.  I'm hoping that is the concensus! Thanks for listening, I hope to become an active member of this board and get to know you all better.  I really enjoy reading the posts and try to jump in when I can contribute.   Happy Tuesday! Congrats. Barix is wonderful.  I had Dr Kam who has since moved on.  The staff there is wonderful for pre surgery, surgery and post op follow ups.  I would do it again in a heartbeat. Best of luck, ask any questions you may have. Pam

Very happy for you, the support from him is so important.  Mine was not supportive at all, good news is...I do not have his negative energy around me anymore!!
