Michigan, What kind of multi-vitamins are you taking?? I have a bottle of OTC GNC Women's Ultra Mega Active. They are huge, I have never seen them so big.

I am taking a 10 in 1 liquid multi vitamin from GBG ( its a mlm type company, but the product is good) They have an increased amount of B vitamins and Biotin. Pam

I finally decided on the Centrum Adult Chewable Multi-Vitamin. I did a comparison chart of various vitamins (I was focused on mainly chewables) and I compared the vitamins side by side for the best nutrient balance, price and dose amount (didn't want to take 4 per day).
