Monday morning wake up drinks....

Good morning MIchigan, What's in your cups this morning?? I have my CL on stand-by. I am at work, getting ready for a long day. I am alone today and I hae loads of work to do. I didn't get a lot of sleep last night, and I will probably does off a few times today. Anyway, does anyone know if Randy ever responded to the email request?? I really wonder what happened that he vanished like that.  OH well .. hope he comes back. Good day.

Morning All Drinking my morning protien coffee.  Got to get my crystal lite mixed for my morning drive.   It is a typical monday morning for me, I am tired already.  I think I work to rest up for the weekend.  Short work week for me 4 days, and then a 4 day weekend.  I am so ready for it. Good Morning from the U P. Enjoying my 1st cup of coffee relaxing after a very busy weekend.IWe had a city wide rummage sale,now I have to decide how to spend the $400 I made!! At this time I have nothing on my need or want list.I've been thinking of getting a swing set for my youngest grand kids.May as well spend it on something worth while! Hi there, Already had my oatmeal and now I'm drinking my starbucks iced tea to get me through the Monday morning blahs. I had an AWESOME weekend.  I wish this was a short week for me.  I'm afraid this may be it for me at work because I don't have a sitter for Friday and the kids are off.  I'm not sure what the bosses are going to say about that.  Wish me luck! What's everyone doing for Memorial Day?  I'm sitting back watching hubby do yardwork and we're celebrating our 1 year anniversary.   Hope everyone has a great Monday. 

My weekend is going to be recoup from minor surgery.  I have a cyst on my back that has to be removed.   My parents are going north and offered to take me and my son with them, but I think I will be a homebody and relax

Hi all.  Newbie here.  I read you shouldn't drink coffee after surgery.  I live on the stuff now.  I have my initial consult on Tuesday after the holiday.  Nervous and excited.

Heading to our cabin in west Michigan this weekend.  Anxious to get away from life!

Some will say never.  Some will say in moderation.  Some will say it doesn't matter.  Some will say it's ok as long as you drink as much water as you drink coffee. My surgeon didn't say to NEVER drink it again.  Ironically, I did not drink coffee before surger.  I JUST started drinking coffee a little over a year and a half ago.  Do what YOUR surgeon recommends.
