Has anyone else stalled at losing the weight.   Everything was coming off find and now it seems like nothing is coming off.  I am doing what I can but nothing?

We had different procedures, so I can't help you with what might help you break through your stall -- but I wanted to let you know that I stall all the time.  Each month, I stall at least one week, sometimes two, and I've even gained 4.5# at the beginning of my latest 11 day (thus far) stall. I like to think of this time as my body getting adjusted to the weight loss, and very often my body does physically morph during the stall (I can tell by how my clothes fit, I don't take measurements). It can be frustrating, but just ride it out and I'm sure things will move along again!

Highest Known Weight  =  370#  /  59.7 bmi  @  5'6"

Current Weight  =  168#  /  26.4 bmi  :  fluctuates 5# either way  @  5'7"  /  more than 90% EWL
Normal BMI (24.9)  =  159#:  would have to compromise my muscle mass to get here without plastics, so this is not a goal.
