Some things to look for
Just wanted to let everyone know about a couple of products I have come across in my travels, PowerAde Zero. It has no sugar or calories, Some of you may already have it in your area, I have not seen it anywhere else but in Baltimore, Maryland. I have also been buying plain greek yogurt at various WalMarts aroud the country. I get the plain and mix in my own fruit, it has o fat, 90 calories for 8 oz's and has 15 grams of protein. I have only been able to find it here and there also. Just wanted to throw these new things out there. If you have already tried them you know they are good. If you haven't, keep an eye out.
