Good Morning!!  I guess everyone is sleeping in today?? I'm not!  I have gotten the kids off to school, been to the docs for fasting blood work.  Now I can have a cup of joe and get on with the day.  I get my first fill Wednesday, so I hope that I can notice a difference from it.  Have a great day!!

I did , But some people don't sometimes it takes two to do the trick I am on my fourth fill  and I don't think I'll need any more soon....LOL

Man- noone did any coffee responses..I was slammed all day at work but enjoyed my coffee!!  Talk to everyone on Tuesday!!! Shannon

I GOT UP AND WENT LINE DANCING AND HAD A GOOD WORKOUT! WE HAD A REGULAR HOE-DOWN! LOTS OF GOOD EXERCISE. THEN I WENT TO TOWN AND WALKED A LOT IN THE STORES! THAT WAS FUN.. NOW I HAVE TO GO PACK TO LEAVE FOR MY TRIP. WILL BE RETURNING NEXT TUESDAY. I WOULD LIKE PRAYERS FOR A SAFE PLANE RIDE! TAKE CARE.
