Is daycare not an option. I send my kids to daycare. It can be pricy but reliable.

OH MY LORD! It was the weirdest audit ever.....and at the end, he brought up ICANHASCHEESEBURGER on his laptop and talked to me for 1/2 an hour about how much he loves the LOLCATS!!!!! I didn't have all the information he needed, and have no idea how to get it, so he gave me an extension. Thanks for asking!  Now I'm facing possibly being fired because I don't have a sitter in the afternoons.  If it's not one thing, it's another!

A regular daycare isn't an option for us because of his special needs.  He has to be watched in our home.  I'm hoping another aide from his school will be interested.
