Where is everyone? I'm off to bring my grandaughter to pre school.I spent yesterday with my special little guy.We walked to the park on the other side of the lake..There is a black topped  walking trail around our lake that is close to a mile.it was my first trip this year,I had to laugh because my grandson was wore out and I could have gone around again.He said we should have taken the car .Have a great day!

Good Morning.  The clouds are starting to roll in over here.  I have my 6 week checkup/blood work today, even though six weeks is not untill next wednesday?  I still dread getting on the scale at the dr. office even though I have lost 26 #'s so far.  It must just be that ugly cloud I have always been use to having hanging over me every time I weighed at the office.  .Any how I am going to enjoy the day no matter what comes of it so everyone have a great day too!

Don't dread the scale....you'll probably be surprised what it says!  Besides, as long as your blood work is good, the rest will fall into place.  And congrats on the 26!
