I had my check up today with Dr VanderKol 100 down and see him in a year Not bad for only being 10 months out of surgery. He told me to start working out with weights and don't change any of my new life eating habits. This has been a great day I know it all seem to be a endless trip we started out on, but there is a day you reach a goal that you set for yourself. So now you have to set a new goal and a new by date to get you to it. Don't give up or in till you get to it , not bad for a 61 year old retired Marine. I told my wife my brain did not turn to mush.from lack of food.

Roger,

Last night I was talking to Robert and Tina about Our Surgery Board.  June 2007.  [dorkus thought I said juno-seven]      Do you ever go there?  I'll admit, not many men there, but we are a good group of people.  Some are at their goals already, some, like me are not.  They make a good sounding board or to get a perspective from someone who is going through the exact same things.
