Tuesday Coffee Post!!!!!
They disconnected all of my devices in the house at 9:40, and everything came back on at about 10:00. They called me back and we spoke for about 20 more minutes. I still DO NOT have my business phone working
and I am NO closer to having resolution. The promised me a call back today on my cell at 1pm, so let's see if that happens. They are sending a tech out to fix some of the other issues on Thursday.
By the way, have I said, that AT&T SUCKS!!!!!!!

I have been trying to negotiate a better price from Comcast and was not getting any satisfaction there. I got a sales call from AT&T Uverse a few weeks back and asked about the service. They explained to me that the new UVerse service was Fiber that is terminated at the house. Having checked that out from Verizon in Washington DC last summer I was very interested. After negotiating the different services with the sales guy, it looked like it was going to be about $90 per month cheaper than my phone and Comcast monthly charges.
The end result has been a nightmare and I told them last night, if all of my issues are not resolved by Thursday, They can pull everything back out.
I don't blame you....that stinks. It's not the same thing, but we switched to Vonage last year for a few months. I cancelled it after a couple months but had to keep it for 6 months in order NOT to have to pay for the equipment. There's always some small print somewhere!
