Hi all....especially Shannon Banannon~ Another great day, right?  So flippin' glad it's Friday. I'm debating wearing flip flops to work.  I know I shouldn't, I know my boss will shoot me dirty looks all day.  I know I should be dressing for sucess and jeans and flip flops are not the answer.  This I know, but they call me.  Are they dressy if they have sparkles on them?? I wish I had something more to report than what kind of shoes I'm wearing today! Shan-don't be too sad.  Things will work out one way or another.  The program is going to suck without you, though.  It's nice that you'll be missed.  Make sure you make a glamourous exit....leave them wanting more!

Good morning everyone!  Shannon, you know you've done a great job when they are sad to see you go.  Hold your head high as you go into your next job.  I'm trying to shake my routine up a bit so I'm not doing liquid protein for a few days.  I had Provolone cheese instead.  Working on 32 ounces of water so far.  I'm on my way to Curves and then to do 3 miles around the walking trail. My best friend since kindergarten invited me over to her side of the state (West side) to have a girls' weekend out.  I'm excited to be a bachelorette for a weekend.  If you hear lots of obnoxious women around the Holland area, think of me  . Have an awesome weekend everyone!

Good Morning everyone.  It's been raining on and off here but I have gotten a lot done so far for my day off.  Stacey - Good Luck on Monday.  Say Hi to JoJo (one of the nurses at Barix) She was so awesome when I was there. I loved JoJo at Barix.  She was so good to me.  She was concerned about my drive home 2+ hours, she even called the next day to make sure everything was ok.  Can't ask for better service from them.

You down state people are funny !!!!  What do you need 3 cars for ... OMG  to use more GAS... LOL  Try Car Polling we do up here in the woods.... Save some money for shopping trips....LOL  Have a great day...
