Morning all- well off to my last 3 days of work.....kinda sad and kinda exciting.....sitting in bed drinking my coffee before off to Ann Arbor... Have a great day all :) SHannon

Another day and another Chocolate Protein Shake.  It is supposed to be a fairly nice day here weather wise so I am looking forward to watching the sunrise from my office window.  Shannon - Enjoy these last few days at the U.

Good Norning Shay! You never came back last night, thought you passed out from hunger! OK, today I will NOT stop for a s/f nonfat vanilla iced latte from McD's!  I think I will go to my favorite standby- V8 juice with one scoop of anywhey and Tabasco and Pepper.  MMMMM.  I like to Spice up the Mornings. Take Care All.

OMG....V-8 juice and protein powder (I use unflavored soy powder because I'm allergic to milk/whey) is often what I have for breakfast on my way to work.  I don't do the tobasco, though.  I'm a wimp!  I know what you mean.  Shannon, just left us last night.  I was all alone online....waaaaah!  Hubby went to bed at 8.  No more Biggest Loser on Tuesday nights.  So I was BORED!  I almost went out on the deck to start putting out the furniture, but I didn't want to fight the 'skeeters'.  So, I washed dishes, watched some stupid videos on stupidvideos.com, drank a 1/2 glass of wine and went to bed to read.  Oh, what a night.....sigh.  I can't wait til school is out!  32 days of school left!  YEE HA!   Tina

Good Morning everyone!.. it's Wednesday and ya know what that means???.. Got may Java right here, worked out for an hour this morning and came out of the gym to rain.. it's stopped now but it rained just enough to spot the car..  Everyone get the 20 cent raise in gas yesterday?.. i'm thinkin' tuesday mornings are the safest times to get gas.. or have gas.. or..  anyway.. Shannon.. i'm nosey.. what job change did you have.. did you change locations or the *type* of work you do?  I hope the change goes well for you.. Good Morning Everyone It's another beautiful day here in the Muskegon area. The sun is rising the birds are singing. Not much happening for me yet today. Just got the pain medication mess fixed yesterday as it turns out I seem to be allergic to the stuff. So today is a day of staying off the leg getting the swelling under control and working on the ROM's until monday when the stitches come out.  I hope everyone has a great day and can enjoy this beautiful spring time weather.
