It's Monday Coffee Anyone !!!

Good morning Randy, and all of Michigan!  It is a good morning for sure.  I had a house full this weekend and lots of laughs around here.  My brothers don't let a dull moment get by them.  Now it is catch up day, I get to catch up on all the house work I let slide over the last 3 days. I need to go get my walking in, I find the earlier the better and I end up walking more through the day.  So you guys have a great day and make the best of it. 

Hey fellow Michiganders.. Good Monday morning!.. ewwwwww.. sure wish i had this week off.. I have spring fever soooooooooooo bad.. and don't wanna be here.. too much work ahead of me today.. busy busy w/e outside.. too nice to spend it inside.. hope ya all had a great w/e!.. i know i did.. bonfire on friday night.. worked in the yard all day saturday.. enjoyed sunday by doing nothing.. worked out for an hour at the gym this morning.. then stopped at my favorite gas and go for my 24oz coffee steamer.. only treat i get (the steamer part).. anyway..  enjoy your day all!!..   it's back to the grindstone for me..  try to behave Randy.. I know it's a difficult task.. Edited to add: btw Randy.. I finally have flowers and they are beautiful.. !! 

Good Morning everyone. Beautiful weekend.   had my three cups of coffee down by 8:30, working on my second 32 oz of crystal lite.  Got my lunch packed for the day.  Planning on walking a couple miles on my lunch hour.   Have my first non plus size shirt on today.  Man does that feel good.  Must be reflective on my outlook today, I had three people tell me how good I looked today before 9 a.m.  Also had my first "man your getting skinny" comment today. Can I say great day? Enjoy the day Michigan

RANDY,I HAD A GREAT WEEKEND! I LOVE THE WEATHER. I ENJOYED MEETING YOU AND DEB. THANK YOU FOR COMING TO BIG RAPIDS AND JOINING ME IN OUR WALK. I REALLY COULD SEE THE DEDICATION YOU BOTH HAVE IN BEING ON THE LOSERS SIDE. I HOPE WE CAN WALK TOGETHER AGAIN SOMETIME.

Well it is 7pm and here I am....just home from work and everyone fed..... wondering did I make the right choice in job changes.....I almost cried a few times today....I need a motorcycle ride Rob to make me feel better!!!!  I have never been so tired in my life and wanna cry so bad...... But I had 2 cups this am- no lunch and finally dinner at 630.....not good for a bariatric pt- i was drving home in shakes and chills..... SHannon PS Cant use internet at work so dont worry about me- I will be on at night still or when i get off early :(

Holy Crap Shannon.  Sorry you had a bad day, and I would be over with the bike in a heartbeat if I was able.  Just too my daughter for a ride around the block and it seem to be running weird.  It has me concerned.

Tomorrow will be a better day and within time you will love this new job.  WTF, No internet at work!!!  Thats just torture.  

Sorry you're having such a tough time.  Hey, let me know your new email address! Can you go back to the U if things don't work out? I wish stupid finals weren't going on, I'd drive out to BFE where you live and take you for drinks and shopping and pedis. Girls.....let's mobilize and plan something for this girl!!! (Guys too....you know we're so crashing the guys day kilt wearing bro-mance fest!)

Oh man, I stopped and got two, yes 2, s/f nonfat iced vanilla lattes at mcd's today. sooo goood!

S/F you say?  I will have to try one of those.  I've been into the iced coffees lately.
