stalled weight loss

Ok I just returned from vacation and I did absoluty terrible with my new lifestyle. I need some much needed motivation and also some tips so i can restart my weight loss.  I've lost 50 punds but I want to loose 25-30 pounds more.  Any ideas? Thanks, Mary JO

No brilliant ideas here.  I would just suggest getting back on your surgeon's plan and start behaving yourself.   Limit carbs, eat protein first, make sure you get 60-80g protein per day, track your calories in a food journal, drink your water, exercise .... you know what you need to do.  So just do it.  No excuses.  No whining.  This is about your health and the rest of your life.  It's important... but you know that already. Hey Mary Jo! My suggestion is to put your vacation in your past.  It's over and now you can move on to sticking to your plan.  You can do this! I think the last 20 pounds is the hardest.  I know that for me, I had to start moving.  Try and get some exercise in if you can. You know what you need to do.  Sometimes you just have to force yourself to do it. Hope to see you at our next meeting
