I LOVE GRILLED VEGGIES!   Summer Squash, Zucchini, Onions, Mushrooms....of course, I tried it out on your brother and his comment was 'can I just eat the onions and mushrooms??'  AAHH!!!!  Other than grilled veggies I love doing shrimp with garlic butter or a nice steak!

My hubby is the same way.  Summer squash and zucchini have to be battered and fried.  You should be able to get nice steaks now anyway.  I know John likes Shrimp on the grill too.   Cute pic by the way.

About a week ago, I made a nice delmonico steak on the grill and also grilled some baby red skin potatos with evoo and montreal steak seasoning on them.. yummo! (sorry for the Rachel Ray moments!) I also made a nice salad with tomatos, chopped red onion, and raw green beans (fresh, washed and trimmed) with some evoo and kosher salt and ground pepper. Before surgery, I used to make salmon with evoo and s&p on it with some grilled asparagus with evoo and s&p. I haven't tried it post op yet, but plan to soon!
