hello I am new

Hello my name is Lynne.  I am new to the group.  My surgery is scheduled for April 28th at Harper hospital in Detroit.  Five long years to get here.  Woo Hoo!  I live in Milford Towoship and am not able to drive so logistics is really a problem to get to a group.   Hope to get to talk to some of you here

Thank you Shawn and all the rest of you.  I have had so many replys i decided i would do one email for all.  Thank you so much for the big welcome.  It is so wonderful.  I will keep all of you posted and hopefully join in on other things as well.  Shawn i am very close to S. Lyon.  In fact i am on the edge of Milford twnsp. almost in Wixom or New Hudson. Would love to meet you or any of you any time.  I will post again soon. Again thanks for the warm welcome from all.

Welcome to the gang Lynne....  My parents live in S. Lyon and I go there often, so I know what you mean about traveling to groups.. I live in Pinckney and it it hard for me to get to meetings as well.....  I can only imagine how much you are anticipating your surgery to get here... it will be here before you know it and you will be on the losers bench.....  It would be nice to possibly meet up with you someday since we are so close.... I go into Novi and S. Lyon at least once a month sometimes more....  Let me know if there is anything I can say or do to help you along your journey!!!!
