TGIF Morning Beverages

I am shocked no postings today... I have a clear Fruit flavored water, missing my OH buddies...

Good Morning Shug,

I am up and on my way out the door.  The Honey-Do list for today is mind boggling and I need to get an early start.  I am sipping my Raspberry Ice crystal light and eating a protein bar, fueling up for the day.  It's supposed to get into the 60's and possibly 70's today so I am hoping to get out onto my bike.

Is Crystal light full of protein?? I see a lot of OH members drink it.

No protein in Crystal Lite, but it's sugar free and helps you get your water requirement.

Wow, slow day!  I'm so happy it's Friday! I plan on counting the minutes until 5pm, then taking my son shopping for Spring/Summer clothes. Tomorrow is Shannon's purse party and then Sunday is church, grocery shopping....Oh yeah, then there is this butt load of homework that I have to get done!!  Wish me luck! Good morning peeps!!! Overslept this morning....so no 505am coffee.  Was at 515am. At work sipping plain old coffee with Hazelnut creamer and a scoop of Any Whey.   Getting ready to chomp on a bagel and cream cheese (nom nom) ......... Chilly morning here in Mid Mich-- was 33 when I left for work this am. That purse party Shannon is having- I saw some of the purses--Louis Vitton and Dooney and Bourke as well as Coach!!  They are sweet--- go buy one and get one now for Christmas too!   I wish I could be there Shay Nay Nay but I''ll be there in spirit.  Have a great day everyone ................ Morning... actually its sugar free hawiian punch for me today... I found these at the dollar tree and family dollar. Its the "to go" packs.  They are pretty good .... ANyhow.... There isn't much going on, my husband and I just got a new Lcd tv and a Wii so he is coming to bed a little later than usual, but we are getting our exercise in.... the games are giving me a workout.  We get my step-daughter today for the weekend,  Woo Hoo!! Have fun this weekend

I've got my liquid protein in and have started on SF apple flavored Wal*Mart brand Crystal Lite.  (It tastes just like apple juice.) Today is my youngest daughter's 12th birthday.  I'm surprising her with the whole family for lunch.  We are having her favorite meal of hamburgers on the grill. Hope everyone has a great weekend! I'm on my third cup,I t haven't had time to sit and enjoy it.All schools here in the western part of the  U P are closed.It is nasty outside,so far we have had more freezing rain than snow but it's on it's way. We're expected to get a foot by tomorrow morning.I went out and fed my birds, they were excited to find breakfast,pretty slim pickins out there.Tomorrow will even be worse,I'm hibernating for the weekend.Hope you all have a great weekend.
