Help Me Choose..HFH, Beaumont, or Harper
Dr. Wood did my surgery in April 2006. Yes, there have been changes to the office but I think it's for the better and the location he is in now is the last move that I know of. Also, if you are in need of a PCP, they now have a Baritrician on staff that can help with that. He has had the surgery himself, and is just as tall as Dr. Wood and as cute as Dr. Taylor.
You can compare the hopsitals (not the surgeons) at http://www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov/Hospital/Search/Welcome.a sp?dest=NAV|Home|Search|Welcome#TabTop
I did a quick seach (not knowing which locations exactly either b/c there are several locations for most of those hospitals) and HFH had the best ratings in surigical infection prevention and prevention of blood clots after surgery.

Dr. Wood did my surgery a littl eover 5 years ago at Bi County Hospital. I liked him a lot...there has been many many changes in his practice since them If I had to choose again, I would definitely check out the staff. But, all in all my life was in his hands and he did a great job. I do not like his set up now at all. I find that since my surgery they no longer have the urgency to help you. I have been to his office a total of 3 times since my surgery and unfortunately it seems he moves every time you turn around...I do not like that it makes me feel there is no stability. Sorry just my opinion.......
