Greetings from Sturgis, Gateway to Michigan....
It's raining here this morning...but forecast is for a beautiful weekend.....hope I can get some windows washed, man are they bad.
Our schools are on spring break next week....I can almost feel the joy from the kids driving into the H.S. parking lot this morning.....yeah, a week off from school! I live less than a block from the high school and can see the parking lot from my patio doors.
Have done my bike riding and made 4.6 miles in 32 minutes this morning....yippee! However, I have not done well losing this week, in fact I am up two lbs. I upped my protein intake, but with that it also increases the calorie intake.....yesterday it was over 1,500 calories. Guess I need to look at higher protein with less calories somehow.....I know, I know -- fish, fish, fish.
