GOOD MEETING IN BIG RAPIDS

WE HAD A GOOD MEETING LAST NIGHT IN BIG RAPIDS. THERE WERE 7 OF US. WE ARE PLANNING A WALK ON THE 19TH OF APRIL. THIS WILL BE A WALK AT THE RIVER WALK. WE WILL MEET AT 10 IN THE MORNING AND THEN AFTERWARDS WE WILL JOIN IN FELLOWSHIP WITH A SACK LUNCH. EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO JOIN US AT THE HEMLOCK PARK. IT IS LOCATED BEHIND THE BIG RAPIDS FURNITURE. Vicky , Glad you had a good turn out , I still am going to make one of your meeting sometime the year. How far are you planning to walk on the 19 of this month?  Deb and I have been walking 5 Miles a day weather permiting and are pounds have been droping off... She works  on Saturdays but I would maybe walk...

RANDY, WE WILL PROBABLY WALK FOR ABOUT AN HOUR. THE RIVERWALK IS REALLY NICE SO IT SHOULD BE A PRETTY WALK. WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU JOIN US AND ANYONE ELSE THAT WOULD LIKE TO COME. IT IS TO BAD THAT YOUR WIFE HAS TO WORK. MYSELF, I LOVE TO WALK. I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE A GOOD OPPURTUNITY TO GET TO KNOW SOME OF OUR SURGERY FRIENDS BETTER AND A CHANCE FOR SOME EXERCISE TIME TOGETHER. I HOPE YOU CAN MAKE IT!

Deb is going to try to make it... She said that she will work around it so we can come. It will be nice to meet you.. and get a great walk in as a to boot... LOL WE will see you there...Later

I wish I could be there with you all for your walk.   I always loved the Riverwalk and do miss it.  Don't forget the Wednesday night concerts at the bandshell that start in June.  They're a perfect ending to a great meeting.

Vicky , I walked today with Katie Gallaway . She is in our support group in Alma. She said she met you camping at the lake.. She told me to have you pick her up when you think you would like to walk with us and She will come to... Small town A
