You're welcome!  I hope it helps.  I no longer have BCBS :-(  But my union contract says that my current insurance has to be equivilant so I get to follow the guidelines.  However, it's not going as well as planned and I'm still fighting.   Have a great weekend!

Keeping my fingers crossed for you!  My divorce will be final next month and I am hoping to have as much done as possible because cobra is so expensive I will not be able to afford it long.  My insurance at my company does not cover.
