is it common to have nausea after lap band surgery

sorry for all the ??????'s   but I am looking at surgery the end of April, and I have a stomach that tends to get upset easily!!!! thanks for the info!   like taking meds on a empty stomach..

The only time I get it is when I over eat if I eat Normal you should do fine.

Hi Rebecca, I was fine the day after my lapband surgery, but the day after I was nauseated but once I got some protien in me I was feeling better, so its important to get your liquids in, cause that is all you will be having, I hope you are fine and don't get too nauseated, just remember it does pass.
