Anyone for COOL Tuesday Coffee...

Good Morning Michigan How is everone doing , Do you like the weather outside this Morning ,I drinking the old stand by. Trying to adjust to this last fill.

A little cold and icy out there for me this morning,  I am sitting here at work drinking my "Lean Body" Protein Shake. Have a good day everyone.

Robert, You sleep as long as I did , Hey have you been getting less sleep since your surgery , I have,  I think it's in the water ?  LOL

I have to be at work by 6am so that is the reason I am up so early.  I am actually sleeping better since my RNY.  I sleep sounder than I have in a very long time.  I started these new hours after my recovery so that may have something to do with it too.

I think your right , I have been sleeping a lot better since my surgery also.Sound sleep ,best in my life too....

Morning peeps   Up at 5am and coffee at 518am then packed up lunch for work and at 6am I was on the road to work....icy out there - be careful!   Working until 215pm and then meeting my exchange students for a tv show that are taping here- we are being interviewed and going to be on the show ("Inside Central") sometime in April!!!  Then home and rest....still got the ickies......when it rains it pours.  I'm glad to be out of the house though- I think  being inside has its downs. Morning all and have a wonderful Tuesday! ps.  I'm slowly recovering from my recent ER trip - got a new doc (finally) and things are looking up. All i need to do is buy a one way ticket on an outbound plane and I'll be thrilled!!   Stacey W

Good Morning All, I am drinking some s/f hot cocoa w/ protein powder.  I miss the sunshine.  I have a great view at work with lots of windows....too bad its so gloomy this time of year.

Drinking water and getting ready to head out the door to whatever horrors await me at work Too cold to walk last night, so I made DH do the walking show on cable with me.  Walk, walk, walk, and tap!  I remember pre-op I would have to limp around in the morning because my feet and knees felt so sore.  Haven't had to do that in over 2 years!   Hope y'all have a good day-whatever you're doing!
