Restaurant Help - Website with great information

Per RObert's Red Robin post...here is a great website with a lot of Restaurant data.  It is used by a lot of WW members.   http://www.dwlz.com/restaurants.html You have to scroll down a ways to get to the list of restaurants.  But it has a pretty comprehensive list!

Here is another great site Diet.Com. The site explains how you can text a food and restaurant from your phone and it will text you back (within seconds) all the dietary information.  This little gadget has saved me many times while I'm trying to decide on a food at a restaurant.  Try it, it's awesome! I was hesitant to use it at first because I was sure there was a catch.  The only catch is that it will cost you a text message fee if you don't have unlimited text. You can also use the on line calculator if you don't want to bother with text.  Just requires you to know ahead of time what you are going to order. Jenn

I love dwlz.  There are great recipes too.

I used to go to Dottie's all the time when i was doing the Weigh****chers thing.  There is a recipe for Manhandler Meatloaf that I got from there that is so good.
