Sad News... Heart Attack

My dear Joe suffered a heart attack Sunday morning while we were in Frankenmuth for the Snowfest. He awoke at 5:00 a.m. with chest pains and severe sweating. I woke up the kids and we flew to Saginaw to the hospital. They immediately put in a stint. He had 90% blockage in one artery. What a wake up call to him!!  I've been trying to help him lead a healthier lifestyle because I know the reprocutions of the alternative. No more smoking, beer and 7-11 polish sausages!!!  As far as the karaoke contest went, I did perform, but I have Bronchitis so I made it through half of my song and then my voice just rattled!!  It was horrible to say the least, but atleast I finished out!!  I did get 2 tikcets to the Trace Atkins/Kelly Pickler concert though so it wasn't that bad!!  Thanks for all of the love and support. He is doing better---bored out of his mind at the hospital. Did you like the Saucecats? They are awesome aren't they? Susie

Susan, I am so sorry to hear about Joe, glad he made it to the hospital in time and is doing better. I will say a prayer. It was so nice to meet you Friday night. You did great in spite of your Bronchitis. Even with your Bronchitis, I could tell you are a very good singer. Awwee.... you are too sweet!  Yes it really stunk that I was so sick after all the prep and work but I still got 2 free tickets to the Trace Atkins/Kelly pickler concert so it was worth getting up there. It was nice to meet you as well, wish we could have chatted a bit. Maybe next time. Susie
