I know this ?? has been asked, but i don't feel like scrolling back forever. i need to restock multivitamun, using gnc solotran chewable. i need to get something a less expensive, what i can afford.
can anyone give me a few suggestions?

JT's peeps should have put you on Country Life adult Multi chewables. They are chelated and that is good for GAPs. Less bucks than GNC too. Use a sub-lingual B too.
