Bah Humbug!
Hi Brenda,
I think many of us might be going through this. So in essence, you're not alone at all.
I found that dumping doesn't happen for me on sugary stuff, unless it's too high in grams at one sitting.....I still dump or get sick on anything fried and have recently learned that Rice Chex covered with chocolate and peanut butter and powdered sugar (aka Muddy Buddies or puppy chow) is an exceptionally wonderful breakfast food :O OMG.
And I made 9 cups of the stuff the other day and can't seem to find it. Yet, the scale remains the same. Bmi same. Fat percent same. WTH is going on?
Got me. So I still try to do the 'small meals' and keep the fluids in and use my exercise ball since walking anywhere in this snow is hazardous to anyone, and try hard to think about that "puppy chow" stuff and that NOTHING FEELS AS GOOD AS THIN IS.
Brenda, you are beautiful inside and out and we all have to go through Holidays - at least we can do it TOGETHER -- so I'll bring the puppy chow over later and we can watch a movie and ............lmao!
Many hugs- Stacey
