Wendy's Chili.. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
okay.. I was worried for a minute...I journal EVERYTHING that goes in my mouth. I write it down. I have accounts for Fitday, dailyplate, calorieking, sparkpeople, calorie counter.. but dont use them yet. I have a comp note pad I journal them in and read the packages on the amount of protein. I track the protein and oz of water plus exercise. That is all I do so far. I'm sure when I am farther out I will use one of the above trackers... Thanks for the reply!
