hello does anyone know if they will give you something to help you sleep for the sleep study? I cant sleep very well in unknown places let alone hooked up to all those wires with someone watching you?  thanks for the help!

Where I had mine done, they encourage you not to take anything to get the best reading.

Most responsible doctors don't want you to take any medications like that. It interferes with "true" results.

Take a book or maybe watch tv until you get drowsy.

Lay with your back to the camera, that way no one is watching your face at least.

Good luck!
