Looking for articles

When I first started researching surgery and then found this web site, I came upon a section that had the different insurance companies listed....and then you clicked on it and it brought up a ton articles of people that had that insurance and some posted their appeal letters. I can't find that section now...did they take it out? I have a friend who is researching this now and I wanted him to see that. He just got his denial letter and needs to write his appeal letter.  Can someone point me in the right direction........

Deborah... I believe if I read right it got deleted somehow someone posted this before and that's what they said, that they' we're working on it however to get it back. I'm hoping it comes back also that's how I found this place I know this don't help you.....sworry
