Thanks for all the help and information. From all that I have read I have chosen Dr. Scham. Now just waiting on the doctors office to get their information turned in so that we can get everything submitted to the insurance company!!!!!

Make room for me!!  I'm in the waiting mode too.  I am waiting for approval from the insurance company.  I have also chosen Dr. Schram as my surgeon.  I met with him a few weeks ago and I am extremely happy with his knowledge and experience. Good Luck to the both of you.
