Just popping in to say HI

Hey everyone. Wanted to stop in and say Hi to all my OH buddies from sunny SC.  I miss my family in Michigan, but I don't miss the cold.  I had another WOW moment.  Size smalls are too big...  I can remember when I couldn't find clothes to fit because I was too fat, now I can't find clothes to fit because I am too small. Go figure.  But I am not complaining!!  I am holding steady at 130, (it would be much less if I could get rid of this extra skin!)  I am in a size 2-4 now.  It is amazing how much energy I have.  I go to college full time, intern at a plantation in their archeaology dept and hold a 20+ hr a week job. At almost 50 yrs old.  Before I had a hard time climbing a flight of stairs.  Although, sometimes this is all so hard, it has been so worth it.  I feel as if I woke up one morning skinny.  I used to have dreams like that too.  I would wake up and still be fat and be so bummed.  Now, I am afraid of waking up and this is all a dream. I have really realized how much prejudice we faced being heavy.  Makes me so mad.  Just because you are overweight doesn't mean you are stupid or lazy.  I had someone make  comment to me the other day about a large women in the store, I guess she thought that I would agree.  She got an ear full.  Take care all, keep in touch and stay warm. What a wonderful journey you have been on with an amazing finale!  It's so exciting to see people reach their goals and dreams here.  I'm very happy for you! Jenn

DANG!  You look great!  I'm glad all is going well for you.    You are many sizes smaller than I am now, and the active job is probably a part of it.  You picked the right time to leave Michigan, I think the out of state traffic is getting heavier each day.  How is the rest of the family doing?  Any pictures of the little charmer?

These aren't even my latest pictures.  I was 20 lbs heavier then.  I will post a couple of pictures of Kels, she spent the summer with me.   I keep a very busy schedule for sure.  It is so nice to hear from you.  Miss yall. My son moved down here last month and Kels and his wife will be coming down in the spring.  YEAH!!! I miss them so much.  I am glad to be out of Michigan.  Do you remember the saying in the 70's "Last one out of Michigan, turn the lights out."  Keep in touch, add me to your friends list. My Best Bec
