Jen, You are doing what your body will do.  I am 14-1/2 months out.  You hit plateau's, don't get discouraged. You didn't gain the weight over night, your not going to loose it over night, although in a few months it will seem that way.  Just remember, we are all going through a similar journey, but all of us have different bodies and will loose at different rates. We aren't in a competition or a race by any means.  We are here to hold each other up. We all need a boost once in a while.  I moved out of Michigan but still keep in touch with all of the wonderful people here. I look bach at my journey and at 9 weeks I was about where you are now.  I have to buy my clothes in the childrens section sometimes because I can't find them small enough now.  You just might find that there are going to be times of the month that you might gain a lb or 2, but then, loose 6 or 7 overnight.  I went through a time when I lost 45 lbs in a month. Then, nothing for a month. It will vary, you will loose, keep your protein up and READ labels, it is amazing how much sugar diet foods have in them. They might say low calorie, but have 50 g of sugar in them.  I am fanatical about labels.  I am proud of you, the journey is long and difficult but it soooooo worth it!
