Shannon, take it easy on those meds.  They are affecting your eyesight.  I'm basing my decision on whether or not to have a TT on your reactions to yours, LMAO.

Jenn- When I looked in the mirror yesterday- I almost c ried...Ive never NOT had a stomach and it was flat as hell!! Yes, Shannon, it will get better.  I didn't want to scare you away from surgery warning you ahead of time, hehe.  Truthfully, everyone seems to react so differently to this surgery, you don't know if you're going to be one of  the ones with a lot of pain until you have the surgery.  But, oh, is it worth it.  One year later, I don't regret it at all. Just take it easy and try to enjoy your time off.  My ipod was my lifesaver. Deb

I was just sitting here all drugged up, watching a movie and thinking "wow- off work 6 more weeks!!!" It is a constant pain that I can't seem to keep under control but have a call into the good surgeon :) I can't believe how flat I am..dont even remember ever being flat in my life...thanks for being so kind :) Shannon

Congrats Shannon!  Hang in there.  If you remember for your WLS, it does get easier...just feels like a truck hit ya for a short time!! Geeze, I dont hit the site for about 2 weeks and miss lots!!   Michelle

hi shannon, i haven,t been monitoring the board lately so i didn,t know you had surgery, i see everything went well, guess what i found out last week that i have gallstones and going to need gallbladder removed, great xmas present! i ,m glad you are doing well,
