you might want to try dr gary katz.  he is in sterling heights at weightloss comprehensive center on dequindre ave.  i had him & he was great!!  i had medicaid at the time & had no problems with him.  that was 2 yrs ago, but don't know if he still accepts that now.  would be worth checking into though.  kathy
