Hello Michigan, I'm home from Hurley and on the looser bench!

Hello Michigan, I'm home from Hurley and have joined the looser bench! I'm fighting to get all my protien and liquids in, but I'm off to a good start. My surgery went well, and I had a very nice roommate in the hospital, which made those first couple of tough nights go a little easier.

Welcome home. Hope your healing goes well. Sounds like you are doing well. I am still not hitting my protein goals or liquids. It gets better every day so I try and do more every day. Keep us posted. Jan
