Help -WLS Neighborhood cookbook

Does anyone have this cookbook? I'm at my father's house and forgot my cookbook.  I'm looking for the recipe for the Strawberry-rhubarb salad that's in. I had asked him yesterday to get some chicken out of the freezer,  and somehow ('??) a package of frozen rhubarb was in the refrigerator thawing.  That's kind of a broad hint, isn't it, I had my book laid out and waiting to go but walked out without it. Can anyone help me?  I think the name is strawberry delight or something like that. Jeanne Kim J, do you have it?
