Any one in my neck of the woods

Hi everyone.  my name is Stephanie and I have been on the boards for a while but i don't post very often.  I am hoping that there may be some one out there that may be looking for a work out partner.  I was banded back in February and I have gotten to a place where i need to pump up my work out routine (meaning start one).  I live in Oakland Twp.  If there is anyone in my neck of the woods and would like to start a routine with me please let me know. Hi Steph,  I just wanted to pop in & say hello. I saw you at  one of the group meetings in the summer. I wish I lived closer I would love to work out with you. Dr Wood is suppose to have a  work out center in his new office, that will be nice for you. Closer for u then me. Hang in there I think we all get in a slump. i will send you my email. take care. Are you both coming to Dr. Wood's water aerobic support group next week?  You have to register but it is free.  I wrote the details in the other post on this message board saying ATTN: Dr. Wood's patients.
