MMPC VSG's--Anyone know what size bougie they used?

Just wondering if anyone knows how much your new stomach can hold. Different Dr.'s use different size bougies and I wondered what size the MMPC Dr.'s use. The bougie is the tube they put down your throat and into your stomach and use as a size guide.  They staple next to it to create your new stomach.

Hi Laura I may be wrong, but I understand that they don't use a bougie, and your stomach will hold 4-6 oz right after surgery and 6-8 oz 6 months out. That is on a sheet I got from the dietician) I will know more next Wednesday (my day long pre-op meeting.) Martha
