i hit a plateau at 3 weeks out and it lasted for almost 2 weeks so dont get discouraged just remember you are doing everything you are suppose to do and eventually your body will give in. It just takes time for your body to adjust!

Mary Jo I think we all have done this same and some people hit points and they stop....I know I am 7 months out and I hit one every month it is almost like clock work...but then I drop fast and I drop alot then I sit for a couple weeks and then I drop again.....It is just like everyone else says....it is normal. Just hang in there...
