Snowing in Northern Michgan

I went to work last night and it was really windy and cold with rain showers and when I got out of work this morning it was snowing and blowing and cold.  I drove a hour to cadillac and they have two inches on the ground and it is coming down major.  Boy winter sure come fast when you live in northern michigan.    I watched people put there cars in the ditch because they were driving to fast in the slush and lost it.  I just can not beleive it we are suppose to get 2 to 4 inches tonight.  I am going to get my skis out and winter clothing.  Pray for sunshine.  Tricia

Southern Lower Michigan here.. it's been spitting snow all day but no accumulations.  I think the temps are now in the 40's but this morning we had snow on the windshields.. it's November winter is coming!! 

TJoyce, You can keep that snow up north.  Don't send it our way.  But I did see a few flakes in downtown Detroit this morning on my way to work.  It is coming sooner then I want it to. Patti
