Hit a wall!! Can't climb by myself!
Judy,
Sounds like to me you've hit the typical PLATEAU we all hit. Bound to happen sooner or later. It does to many of us, I hit 160's about 9-10months out and was there forever.............what finally broke it was that I started journaling again what I was eating and realized I wasn't eating anything wrong, but was eating more carbs than I should so I cut them 50 percent and though it didn't work right away, don't let it get you down.
We all hit plateaus and for some reason our body is just complacent with where it is and you have to really PUSH to get it to move but be gentle.
Be patient, and consider are you eating every few hours, are you watching your portions, and are you eating the daily caloric intake your NUT recommended? are you getting in your fluids? and are you doing the protein?
Breathe. Hon this is bound to happen and you just take one day at a time and keep yourself off the scale a while and monitor how you fit in your clothes and how you feel about yourself.
The scale is my enemy! I couldn't care less what my weight is anymore. I care about what I see in the mirror now and what I feel when I put on those tight jeans! Give your ego a boost and wear something glamorous and take some pictures and post them!
Believe me, this isn't weakness. Its typical and we all go through it maybe 1, 2 or more times in the journey.
Give yourself a break and enjoy where you are compared to 9 months ago!
Good luck!

Judy, do not panic. If you know you are eating the right way, and doing some extra moving, these things happen. Your body needs to adjust once in a while and will hang on to things. If you are not eating right, start from scratch and plan a menu that gets you back on track. Do no punish yourself, you are not weak. This is a lifelong project, and not something that you will never not have to think about. I am actually going to start weigh****chers this week just to keep some accountability in my life. Hang in there, it is early, you will have these plateaus, they happen, do not panic. Good luck, let me know if there is anything I can do. Carol
