7 month update
Oh my goodness... I cannot believe that the time has gone so fast.. I am out 7 months today. I have lost 90 pounds to date I look like someone else most of the time, most people don't recognise me and the weird thing is I still feel like me...There are so many Wow moments I cannot tell you all of them..LOL
I am still doing really well getting in all my protein and fruits and veggies...of course my liquids one way or another. I do use a straw now and I am fine.... I used to be addicted to gum now I only have a piece when I am on a date...LOL and spit it out after a few minutes.. I prefer breath mints(sugar free) if I need.. The gum thing terrifies me...LOL
I am dating now and its kind of fun but also kinda freaks me out as these men are finding me "Hot" I find that weird beyond belief..LOL.. cuz deep down (okay not so deep anymore) I am still me... Always big... but I am not truly. I have not told any of my dates that I had wls and no on even notices they just think she is so small she only eats a little.. funny huh!!
Anyways I am into a size 10 but they are big I think I could put on a size 8 but that would be really wierd... I have a pair of them in my closet and I will try them on when I get up the nerve too...LOL This is a crazy ride we are on and I am loving every single minute of it... I am working out and doing well I am so Happy that I have had this Surgery I would not change anything for the world......
I know I have not been on lately I am getting ready to move and have been busy!! I hope everyone is doing well..
