Oh Happy Day, surgery rescheduled!!

Hi everyone, I was originally scheduled for surgery on the 21st of Aug., but it got postponed due to health problems. I am now happy to say that my surgery has been re-scheduled for Nov.13th, a day before my birthday, how is that for a nice birthday present!!! I have to do a 15 day protein liquid diet starting next week. My pre-op is the 24 th of Oct. at 11:30. Happy,Happy,Happy!!!!! Lynn :)

Good for you!  Mine is Nov 19 and I'll probably (God willing) leave the hospital Nov 21st on my birthday.  Who would have thought that we would get such a life giving birthday present????

Lynn: I think we're destined to be WLS Sisters!  I'm scheduled the same day for surgery - same surgeon. (I'm at 9am)  I also have my pre-op testing on the 24th at 10:00 so maybe we'll meet next week!  Look for me... I'll be the fat one. :-D Congrats on the new date! Pam

Hi Pam, I will sure look for you next week!  I really don't have to do the whole Pre-op because some of the tests needed were done in August, but there are some tests that need to be done. Please look for me too, I use a walker and I am also fat. I think you're right about WLS sisters! Congrats to you too! Lynn :)
