Everyone knows that our multivitamin is important and I take centrum chewables the lovely orange ones.  I am looking and hoping to find something that is a little less gritty. I found a calcium suppliment at GNC that is pretty good, but I am really curious about a better multivitamin.... What do you take for your multivitamin? EDIT: I tried the Solotron Chewable at gnc i dont care for it. I have a list from my doctors office, but I don't really want to buy all of them to try them, any suggestions would help.

Country Life Essentials with Chleated Mineral as recommended by my surgeon.  They are not chewables but they do come in a chewable if that's what you want.  My blood work has been where it should be.   I was also on a special vitamin formulated for the eyes but since I've been taking the Country Life vitamin I don't have to take the eye vitamins. I get them from Nutri Foods in Royal Oak. Kathy A.

I take chewable prescription pre-natal vitamins, also.  They aren't the greatest tasting, but they are tolerable.  I take 2 a day.  Have since surgery.  Bloodwork has been great every time.
