ONLY ONE DAY OF PREOP STUFF TO GO

yesterday I went for my teaching portion of the preop program. got a nice goody bag with samples of suppliments, protien powder & vitamins etc..... now, just the internal med dr and surgeon appts and labs on the 24th.. and then.......... SURGERY DAY OCTOBER 30TH

I plan to be at the next meeting Mary. it will be one week after my surgery. unless Im tiotally unable , Ill be there. last time we had a lady that was 2 weeks postop and she was doing wonderful and already down 25 pounds :) Ill look forward to meeting you november 6th. Cathy
