One Month Out

So yeah in a few hours I will be a month post-op, last time I weighed myself I had lost 24lbs since surgery.  I will weigh myself in the morning and see how I am doing on my ol scale.  I am going to have my hubby take a 1 month photo, probably wont see much difference, but I wanted to just let everyone know I am super happy to be a month out and I am doing well!!

Congrats on one month out! You might surprise yourself to see the difference in one month just in your face.

Hey Amanda,     Keep up the great work! Congrats.. Feeling much better already aren't we?! Hope you measured your inches? If not do it now; you need it for future ref when you feel discourage; sometimes lose a lot more inches than weight too. Glad your doing well. Wishing you continued sucess. Hugs, Judy R
