Hi Cathy,I'm here lurking. I don't say to much unless I have something to say! Just got home from Milwaukee,my sister and I took the kids to the zoo.Two three year olds,boy was that an experience I wont repeat anytime soon.LOL One of these days we will have to get together, we live so close.Up here in the UP 50 miles is close!

Hi stranger.. long time no see. yes to meet sometime would be awesome. I would love to find a common ground for a bunch from up here to meet, but we seem to be pretty scarce.

My husband a yooper, eh.  Since he meet me he's a troll.  LOL I live inGR.  His family is from there, they live in Gwinn and one of his brother live in Iron Mountain. The Lauren's.  Love to visit up there, I am due for a visit. 

I have family in Garden and met my hubby in Sault Ste. Marie while working in Cheboygan. Kay

My mom lived on Sugar Island for a short time.  Does that count?  LOL

Hi, I guess I count as a once and future yooper.  Born in St. Ignace, grew up in Iron River, lived in Ontonagon (end of the earth), and Sault Ste. Marie.  Stuck in Grand Rapids for the last 20 some years, but hope to move back up in 5-10 years.  This big city living kinda sucks sometimes.  I want to get out to where you don't hear traffic all the time.  With global warming I understand that the snow doesn't last 7 months of the year anymore.
