Still waiting on Barix Ypsilanti..

Their scheduling department is rather slow.  Two weeks is the average, from the first phone call or letter, until everything is set up.  I don't think it matters which doctor you have, the department handles all of the scheduling.

I am trying to remain zen about this, that the time will come that they will call. That said, the approval letter was dated on the 11th and it is now October 2nd. I think they are scheduling 6 weeks out, I absolutely must have the surgery before the end of the year or I will have to pay a deductible. The Ever Patient, Rose
