9 day post op dr visit

Well I'm 9 days post op and had my appt with the medical dr and nutrionist (I know it's supposed to be 10 days post op but my schedule didn't allow that). When I weighed in I had lost....22 pounds since the morning of my surgery! I was happy and thought I'd share. Just hoping it inspires some soon to be losers or lurkers that don't comment - that after all the pain (and I had lots) it's actually worth it. Jen 

Congrats Jen... you are so right about it being worth it.  I am grateful just about every day that I had my surgery and have lost so much weight.   WTG on the 22 pounds... keep up the good work...
